Charter & responsibilities
Our pleasure craft is not a NUC, meaning it is not a commercial-use vessel, but a pleasure craft.
This is a bareboat charter, and you take responsibility for the vessel as Skipper in Command. The rental contract will clearly state “bareboat charter”.
A separate service contract will then be drawn up with the professional skipper, who becomes Skipper in Command in your place.
